We're a building company that puts the customer first. The customer and builder interaction is of utmost importance when your home is being built overseas, and we see to it that the line of communication is maintained throughout the entire duration of the project. We will work hard with you, the client, to build exactly the home you want.

The Process
The building process here in Costa Rica is much like that of building in the United States. We work with highly trained architects and engineers, grasping and understanding the project from the beginning and getting every last, small detail completed to the end. We can even connect the cable television and set your dinner table for you! All you need to do is show up and enjoy!

Guanacaste Builders handles all permits, site insurance, tractor or backhoe work, and everything else that is needed (see our FAQ for more information) in the lot preparation process. We are capable of taking plans from the United States or starting from scratch with our in-house architect in Nosara. Whatever your building needs are, we can make it happen for you in Costa Rica.

Our Special Line of Communication/Client Accounts
The client, whether on site or 5,000 miles away, is able to track progress from their home via our web interface. The client is able to check weekly pictures, download any important documents, track payments, and create a private chat interface with Mr. Willis.
