Special Projects

At GuanacasteBuilders we are equipped to do almost anything related to building, including pools and tennis courts. These special projects lend themselves well to the tropical climate of Guanacaste and are the perfect accent to any home old or new.

Please browse the photos below for an example. The tennis court is a custom-formula clay court that is designed to sustain the heaviest rains of Guanacaste and still be playable. The pool is an 18m long lap pool with an extended swimming area in the middle.
