At GuanacasteBuilders we offer a service for you to keep track of your building project, no matter where you are. Most of our clients aren't present for most of the building process, yet are very curious about the progress.

For this purpose we've developed a one-of-a-kind web interface for our clients to keep track of everything.

When you start a development with us, we will create a username and password that will be e-mailed to you. With these credentials you are able to log into the My Guanacaste Builders section of the site. This section is tailored to your needs. To try it out, click here Click the image to TRY IT OUT! Once in My Guanacaste Builders, you will be able to see your Current Developments. Click through to see the progress on any one of your developments, if you have multiples. Once in the Development Progress page, there will be lots of information on your property. This information includes: Click on any of the images to TRY IT OUT! Payment history and upcoming payments This function allows you to keep track of payments, both historic as well as upcoming payments. Our system is able to automatically remind you of due payments ahead of time, by request. Important Documents and Files There will be times when documents and files will need to get to you, the client. For instance change orders need to be approved and expense lists, too. This is where you will be able to obtain those things, in Word .DOC and Adobe .PDF formats. Timestamped Image Gallery Digital images of everything you need to choose in your house as well as actual pictures of your house being built will be put here, and stay here, making a nice archive and timeline of progress. Client Journal This is your personal hotline with Aaron Willis - any questions, clarifications, comemnts - ANYTHING - can be posted here for him to personally answer. This also serves as a good reference for decisions and information.
